New Group Music Classes and Clinics for March 2013 at The Music Den

We've got a lot of fantastic Group Music Classes and Clinics happening in the month of March at The Music Den! It's not too late to sign up! Check out the class offerings below:

Chuck Wood of Dhamaru - African Style Hand Drumming Workshop

Learn to play hand percussion drums with Chuck Wood of Dhamaru! A once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from a master of percussion!

Where: The Randolph Performing Arts Center at The Music Den
When: Once per week on Tuesday, at 6:45PM, for 8 weeks, starting March 12, 2013. Ending with a recital on April 30th, 2013.

Cost: $200.00 (10% off for Seniors)
Registration Fee: $25.00

Plus, sign up includes a gift certificate worth $10 towards the purchase of a percussion instrument!

Important Change: Students can now try out the first Chuck Wood class for FREE to see if they like the class before paying for the full class.

Jazz Piano Fridays with Steve Borgfield - Jazz Piano Group Class

JAZZ Piano: Designed around small class instruction, students will meet once per week for 4 or 8 weeks with a recital performance for 8-week students. Participants will learn the techniques of jazz piano music making in each one-hour or 75-minute session. Each student will be provided with a keyboard and materials for use during the class.

4 Week Class for Ages 13-15 - Fridays at 5:00PM, Cost: $125.00
8 Week Class for Ages 16-Adult - Fridays at 6:15PM, Cost: $195.00

Classes start March 15th, 2013. Class size limited to 8. Sign up today!

Kids Keys Group Keyboard Class for Children
Group keyboard classes for children ages 3-4 and 5-6.

Fun with the Piano:
Designed around small class instruction, Children will experience the joy of music making in each 45-minute session. Each child will be provided with a keyboard for use during the class.

6 Weeks Ages 3-4 Class - Saturdays at 1:00PM, $125.00
6 Weeks Ages 5-6 Class - Saturdays at Noon, $125.00

Classes start March 16th, 2013. Class size limited to 6. Sign up today!

Jazz Ensemble Class featuring Matthew Schoenebaum

Working with various instruments; (guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, wind, and brass instruments) students will form a “Jazz-Band”. Learn the rudiments of jazz theory, chord progressions, listening, and ensemble skills.

4 Week Beginner Class - 5:00PM Wednesdays, Cost: $125.00
7 Week Intermediate Class - 6:15PM Wednesdays, Cost: $195.00
Classes start March 20th, 2013

There is a $25.00 Registration fee.
